Delivery & Returns
The shipping method used will depend on the total size and weight of your shipment. For smaller items, we offer free shipping through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Larger items like most furniture will need to ship via freight, a method which typically takes 5-10 business days plus a 5 day processing period.

We want you to love your purchase. If you don't, you may return your items for a refund within 30 days. Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee for any non-defective returns and any return shipping fees will also be deducted from your refund.
If your purchase was damaged in shipping or the wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately to receive a replacement. All return claims for incorrect/damaged items MUST be sent to us immediately within 3 days. Otherwise, our standard 30-day return policy noted above will apply.

The vast majority of products we carry come with a one-year manufacturer warranty protecting against defects in construction of the product. Warranty periods do vary depending on the manufacturer of the product. For all products listed on our site, you are always covered within our 30-day defective item return policy to receive a full refund or a replacement. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states. If you reside in Canada or Hawaii/Alaska, you may contact us for a custom shipping quote.
In order to offer a large selection and keep prices low, we are an online only retailer.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information with the estimated delivery date. For large items like furniture, please allow a 5 business day processing period before receiving tracking information. You can track your order status on the My Account page.
