Delivery Information
How Will My Order Ship?
We offer a variety of shipping options to
ensure that you receive the most reliable delivery service possible. Available
delivery options will be noted during the checkout process. Most large/heavy
items will ship via freight while smaller items may be sent by USPS, FedEx, or
UPS.
We ship within the 48 contiguous states, and our freight carriers offer deliveries during working hours Monday-Friday. In some areas, weekend deliveries may be available. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.
The delivering carrier and available ship methods will vary depending on the size/weight of products in your purchase. We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Large furniture shipments require more time to safely package and arrange delivery for, so please allow 1 week before shipment notification. Freight shipments typically have a transit time of 5-10 business days.
Freight Shipments
For freight shipments of large/heavy items, free
curbside delivery is offered. All freight shipments require a signature and
someone available at the time of delivery. The delivery carrier will contact
you to arrange a delivery date.
Curbside Delivery: This freight service is offered free. Using this method, a team of skilled delivery experts will unload your shipment onto the curb outside your home. We recommend that you ask a family member or friend to help you bring your shipment inside.
Please note that if you miss your delivery window for freight shipments, you may be charged additional fees for redelivery and/or storage.
Storage Fees: The carrier/delivery agent will contact you to schedule a day/time for your delivery. If the freight carrier is unable to reach you for delivery, or if the carrier/agent has to hold the packages in their warehouse, you will be subject to storage fees. The charge will differ depending on the area, size of shipment, and the agent's policies. If your order has been held in storage, please contact us to determine the exact charge for this service.
Redelivery Charges: If your scheduled delivery attempt is unsuccessful for reasons such as absence of an individual responsible for accepting the delivery and signing for the shipment, you may be subject to redelivery charges. The cost for redelivery charges typically ranges from $50 - $100. The exact amount will vary by location. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, there will be a fee for the third delivery attempt, and so on.
